wife filed DV case in delhi. matter went to court and MOU signed between husband wife that they will take rented home and share equal expenses. 5 rented home looked but wife not settled and asked to take better home in better apartment, Finally 2bhk flat taken at 18k/month but wife not giving her share in expense but purchasing 55" LED TV, latest gadgets etc. house rent, electicity, maintainace all given by husband only. As per MOU, husband can take his kids to grand parents once in 15 days, but kids always refuse to go without giving any reason. Must be wife has told them something wrong. Wife get support from her father due to much better financial condition. Date of withdraw is fixed for Mar'18 in court but wife say that she will complain in court that husband is only living with her physically but mentally his mind is with his parents and husband not love her properly. Please suggest what shall I do in this case as I dont want to live without my kids.
