after husband and his family succumbed to wife's 498 from 5 months wife and kid are living with husband in separate rooms inside one compound with in-laws.
however in every 15/20 days (unlike earlier 15/20 times a day) husband and in-laws make a mountain out of mole hill to insult and abuse the wife.
what can be done now?

you can file a case of domestic violence against women in which you will get maintenance order, protection orders, residence orderetc.
