Ld. experts of this forum,
Pl. advise me on the following.
I filed RCR u/sec 9 HMA against my wife.
However, the Judge is taking long time (more than a year) to frame issues to decide my petition.
How do I deal with this situation? I have pressed my application for 8 times as of now.
Pl sugges me a way.

Court = wait.
You go for another setup instead of waiting for justice to be granted in court. Enjoy life. No use waiting for court to take step, one day after a year court will give exparte RCR decree in your favor, then wait for 1 year and file divorce, you easily get divorce, until then maje ma raho dost.
