Dear Sir,
Husband works in Gulf, visits India and marrys a lady. Its a register marriage. He promises to take care of her and leaves to Gulf. He earns one lakh + and sent just Rs 5000 INR monthly for couple of months. Later, he says he has some problem and askes her to send money pledging her jewels, she says no.
He asks her to borrow some amount and send it to him, she refuses. He stops sending a pie to her.
He is working in Gulf with a sudo/fake name and not in his original name.
How can she claim for maintainance with divorce, please advise.

Dear it's not a big issue and if marriage was conducted in India than you can fie a case in india by complaining it in pollice station. They will send his photograph to concern embassy and on basis of photo he will be departed to face charges. But for maintenance you need to file application in Family court.
She can file a maintenance case under section 125 cr.p.c. and can get the summons sent to his abroad address too.
