Is speedy trail requires printed fir copy ?

Dear Sir/Madam,

As My Mother-in- Law Registered FIR Against me on 2-09-2014, since i got AB & Regular bail

After That 2 Months before I Paid Fees for getting speedy trail order copy from Honarable High Court to my Lawyer.

Since No Progress is made,

He is telling that I applied in High court.

While I am asking That FIR Copy , he is not given proper response.

Is PRINTED FIR Copy from Trail Court ,is Required for Getting Speedy trail from High court?

or Written FIR Copy is Sufficient For speedy trail application?

ha ha..... No, not required... but some times when FIR copy is illegible so court ask for that. that's it
