Dv case person not appearing

Page no : 2

(Guest)

To, Author, Nothing strange that your hubby is not appearing for trial.

It was said ignorance if he was not sending his lawyer too..

But the law has given exemptions on presence of accused under trial whether temporary u/s 317 crpc or for permanent u/s 205 crpc if the magistrate grant his such petitions.

So, there is nothing weird in that as your case is simply a family dispute and not a case of terrorism or security related offences that accused has to be needed on each day of hearings and through out the trials.

I agree with stanley as its your vengeance only which is recalling your husband on each day rather than concentrating on your actual case.

If you are a bonafide pettitioner then fight your case with tooth and nail and forecast each details of harassments with your solid evidences against him or else you are going to have your own boomerangs from your husband on this issue.

Check your reality, concentrate on genuiness and not on vengeance.

Good luck:))
