Hi ,
I purchased a flat from a reputed builder . There are many construction faults inside the flat . In that one of the major issue is - Inside Kitchen all water pipes(5 no's ) are running visibly outside & occupied the customer built up area . Also the appearance of the kitchen has totally damaged due to this water pipes . Even a small builder will not do these kind of nasty design & it is mainly a design defect & builder is saving the common space to get more profit .
Also these changes has not been informed to the buyer at this moment & no design document showing plumbing work.
Please advice me ,how to deal this issue legally .
