Deputation related

I have filed an application before the CAT, Jabalpur Bench on the issue of non-relieving me even though selected for deputation post. My dept. has replied that they have mentioned a condition in NOC "relievement will be made subject to administrative exigency". I want some judgments of SC/HC. Please help me
