Dependent job : name correction

Respected Sir, 1) My name in SCC, Inter & ITI certificates show as Cilaboina Venu, S/o Venkatamallu. 2) My Father name in Singareni Collieries show as Ceeraboina Venkatamallaiah. 3) I am given to affidavit for Cilaboina & Ceeraboina and Venkatamallu & Venkatamallaiah same But the SCCL was said to give Gazette Publication of India as Correction of name as Cilaboina Venu, S/o Venkatamallu to Ceeraboina venu, S/o Venkatamallaiah. Please give to suitable suggestion

Your name should be as per certificates.

Your father's name needs correction probably as per employment record.

Sory already my father job retaired (Medically unfit) father name not possible for correction. so my name correction as per my father employee records i.e., Cilaboina to Ceeraboina

and

venkatamallu to Venkatamallaiah
