I have sold my property to Mr x and took advance of Rs 10,000 token advance.
but mr X is no not wiling to pay the remaing balance and there is clause the if the amount is
not paid in the folling time then the advance will be forfeitured. can i have sample draft for the same in legal
notice .. if so please provide the same
