Delay in crpc 125 in family court

Hi All

I want to delay crpc 125 mediation & hearing's as well to collect some proofs & for some personal emrgencies.

1) What all excuses I can show to get next dates?

2) Is there any way to come out of crpc 125 ? because my wife left me by her choice.

If your wife has deserted u without any reasonable cause then she is not entitled for maintenance u/s 125 of cr.pc and u have to prove it.
