Define perjury

Kindly advice  whether the act of concealing the dismissal of an MA from the high court from CAT for the same order (transfer) is an offence under Section 193 of Crpc.

Perjury means False Evidence: A person is said to give false evidence, if he 1.legally bound by an oath or by an express provision of law to state the truth.2.being bound by law to make a declaration upon any subject, 3.makes any statements which is false and 4.which he either knows or believes to be false or does not believe to be trye.

Concealing the information, when it was must for him to disclose is a perjury.
