Decree to be mutated

Dear Sir,

I want to know that
my grand father purchase a shop in   1963 in Haryana & same was mutated in revenue records. he had 3 son & one daughter. one son was adopted by his other brother. after the death of grand father a court decree towards family settlement was executed in 1982 b/w my father & one of his brother. due to which rights of that shop comes to my father's favour. but the same was not mutated thereon. now my mother & father both died. we are two brother & 1 sister. my sister trf. her share to my favour thru court decree. now i wish to record 2/3 of my share in revenue records & 1/3 as my brother.

1. Whether i can mutated that becouse till now its in my grand father name in revenue record.

2. whether it can challenge by my father's other brother's & sister's sons/daughter.
