If wife return after RCR petition before court decree, then R.C.R. petition will be void or dismiss by the court ?
Wife also appear to court through advocate and want time.
What will be happened after she return, if I don't withdraw the said petition ?

file a memo at the time of hearing stating that she returned and you want to withdraw the case.
