Dear Sir,
I am appointed as a dealer of a multinational company.We are invoiced a product for Rs.14,00,000 in the year of 2014. Later we came to know we were invoiced against the approved price of Rs. 11,50,000.I got the mail with me.Now the the production has been stopped.The stock is lying with us.We are unable to sell this produt. Can I fight legally with the company.The company is not responding any of our request.
Can we take this matter to CCI?

It is advisable to go for civil suit rather criminal case.
