2 sale deeds were executed by the brother of plaintiff in the year 1999 & 2002, the coparcener properties were not partitioned till now, Account to amendes succession act, what is the remedy and please peruse the recent judgement passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Madras and revision appeal filed in Supreme court of India in civil appeal no.1933/2009
