Suppose if I prove in court that my wife is not worth or good for custody of my 3.5 years old daughter..
Will I be able to get custody of my daughter..
Is it strict custody rules kya that child till 5 years will stay only will Mother ONLY..
I have lots of evidence that will prove her guilty..
but than too what kind of proofs will make my side stronger..

Note : I am not that bad that I keep mother daughter apart.. but everything has limit and I m not able to see my Daughter s life getting worse
