I received damaged note from ATM, One of the part does not recevied from atm. But still the received part is near about 80% of the note and bank denied to exchange the part immedately. Please suggest how should I file a complaint before the ombudsman and get the compensation for mental & physical harrasment and replace the full amount of note.
