My question is that, today I have purchased a plot during registry the lawyer said that only registry would be done, no dakhil khariz because it is declared residential land (143 he is saying, earlier it was agricultural land)
Mr. Mohd (farmer)--- sale the land to Mr Tyagi ( on bhulekh Mr mohd is showing the owner of property)
Mr tyagi ----- ne dakhil khariz nahi karwayi
------ sale land to me (shiv)
Q1. Kya dakhil khariz main apne naam karwa sakta hu??
Q2. Kya aisi zameeen ki dakhil kariz hoti hai??
Q3, Agar aisi zameen ki dakhil khariz nahi karwai jati, toh koi problem toh nahi??
