Daan deed with notory

Am siddiq from karnataka bangalore am muslin please help me to get my property.its very urgent.my grand father given Daan deed with notory in 1986 on grand son. Gradin mention to my father now my grand father my grand mother & my father expired now my father brother made khata on joint on 9 members in that khata my mother signature is not there. How can I claim my name property please tell me. Another will given on four grand sons name in that all three are my fathers brothers sons name on 1989 with notory in dat property also made joint khata to all his sisters & brothers name what I hav to do for my name property how to take back dat properties & how to cancel that khata please tel me on which base & supporting documents I can cancel that khata & take on my name.
