Ex party order passed. After lapse one years my case under section 25(2) pwdv act was filed before magistrate prayer to modify order and give chance to contest the case. Said Mis case was rejected. Appeal filed before Session judge. The ld session judge stayed the order passed by the magistrate in Mis case. But ld magistrate says that Ex party order in main application is not stayed by the session judge. Magistrate issued warrant against opp party respondent. Is it correct view of magistrate
