Now my declaration of divorce is already filed with first wife and hearing is on 22nd Apr. Meanwhile, I have to appear at Mumbai family court on 7th Apr as 2nd wife has filed for nullity marriage as I do not have certification from 1st wife. I want to avoid proceedings at Mumbai till I have clear picture of divorce from 1st wife.

The advocates have been giving advice in the matter which is not practical and possible in view

of various judgments submitted by Mr Amit.

Well it far Mr Amit to provide for proper remedies.

We feel that HMA 13B will be proper solution but in one such case the court asked us to show the earlier marriage proof. We sailed through by producing marriage invitation cards and purohit affadavit.

BUT WHAT PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED IN SUCH CASES .
