Sir

At the time of cross examination the opponent advocate shown a xerox copy of a document when I am in the witness box ..  I stated it as an fabricated document. And I asked him to mark the document  he refused and said he will bring the original and mark it like wise he escaped for another document...  It came in the deposition that he have showed those document and I said they are false..  Those documents are necessary for territorial jurisdiction and another to analyse the character of the opponent

Kindly advise ..

Can I file a separate case against the opponent since they have shown a false documents in the court at the time of court proceedings I have a documentary evidence to prove the shown documents are false and fabricated.

Regards,
srini

You should have complained to the judge then and there about showing fabricated documents.
