Applicant demanding maintenance is not asking salary statement/record.Never moved any application of demand of record of salary in court.Salary record is already an exhibit.Court itself is demanding salary certificate of last twenty years. How is it justifiable?

Exhibit unquestioned and admitted of salary already on file for the date of application filed. court is asking present income and salary slip of last twenty years.

Applicant is not questiong,not demanding.Applicant demands 2000/- as monthly maintenance in application but court ordered 5000/- per month.

No doubt court can grant up to 1/3 of salary.But applicant prayed for only 2000/- per month.
