In a civil suit before trial court, plaintiff got examined himself as PW1 and got marked some documents and on the very same day, the advocates for defendants, since there are 14 defendants represented by different lawyers, sought time for cross examination of PW1, but out of all, two defendants and their pleaders were not present, considering this the Hon'ble court taken as cross of pw 1 as nil against only two advocates/defts. Can the Court pass such order? Is there any best Judgement of appellate courts to reopen the cross of PW1......
