dear expert,
on our ancestral agri land my gr. gf name is in other right. we having form 12 on our name since 1960 to 1980. but unfortunately we cant apply for adverse possesion. now form 12 crop inspection is by name of owner . can we now apply for title against old crop inspection of consecutive more than 12 yrs.
we are from maharashtra.
