Hello to all the Experts of this forum. Here is a purely academic question about which I need some information.
Can somebody please enlighten me regarding the definition of "framing of charges" and when it is said to be completed.
For example, for criminal cases if police has given charge sheet and candidate is now out on bail and case has not progressed from beyond plea of "Not Guilty" by defendant then has framing of charges been completed in the case.
Additionally, is there a similar thing for civil cases as well?
