Criminal court case notice rules

A criminal case appweal notice was served to us by the sessions court.

The cover has the sessions court address where the opponents filed appeal. The letter inside having the heading of District court. There is no signature of JUDGE , clerk or anyone at all.

It is simply a computer printout letter on a plain while paper. This is how the notices are served by courts. IS this valid or invalid.

Could any of the members having knowledge on this please give your opinions on this.

Although no summons or notice issued without the sign and stamp of p.o. even then you approach the office of the court and do enquiry about it .

A court notice without the court seal or signature of the  court authority will not be served on anyone in ordinary circumstance, however, this observation may be a omission,  hence a personal clarification from the concerned court will be helpful to you to avoid issue of warrant for non-appearance despite receiving summons/notice.
