Dear All,
There was a falls and frivolous complaint were registered by police in nov.1987 and found un law full in enquiry made by police and then they filed it's closure with court. Court closed it some where in 1990. After finding it not correct the person has filed an another complaint with crime department of police with the help of IG that time.
It also found falls and the place of incident were given for the jurisdiction of police station was found falls and there were never such type of office and working found.
Crime also has closed the case with their finding that there was no existing of such office at that place and it was a falls complaint.
But in both the case the police has not took any action against complainant .
So what action now we can take against the complainant.
