One of my friend is trapped while using credit cards, one person had come to him and asked to use this cards for shopping and what ever het gets wil share, he did the same was caught and went behind bars, the other perso is not in the net. he flew off. Now he is been put as accuse 1 and other person as accuse 2. He is been imposed with IPC 420,419,518,468. Can you let me know the IPC part, is it going to be a serious offence and get convicted or he can get through with it with paying penalties.He has not got the bail yet, he is under cutodial remand
