CREDIT CARD

I was customer of hdfc bank credit card , there is issue of high interest charged by bank , both parties want to settle the issue. please tell about the law on settlement.

Both parties can settle by their sweet will.

Settlement is adverse entry for credit history. The CC customer may press to cleanse the credit history and call back name form list of defaulters in writing and issue NOC and keep these safely. It shall be appropriate to take help of a senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in consumer matters and having successful track record. Such counsel list can be prepared by visiting LOCAL DCDRF.
