Dear Sir,
I am working in CPSU (a defence PSU) for the last 8 years and have completed the bond period of 5 years.
1: Now i have requested for NOC from my current employer for UPPSC. As per provisions in my company, maximum of two NOCs can be issued in a calendar year and this is my first request for noc in current year.
However , my employer has denied me NOC without mentioning any reasons.
It may also be noted that at the same time NOCs have been issued to other people for various exams while some are denied. What can i do now.?
2:I also need help for one of my friend. He has also completed his bond period.Company has asked for interested candidates for outstation deputation (within india) for 2 years and he applied and was selected. My company has also denied him NOC citing reasons that he is under deputation, Can a govt psu deny NOC for officers who are under deputation? what he can do now?
Please help in above two matters.
