I am new here and looking for how to download judgement in CP No. 648 of 2004 Bombay High Court from the Bombay High Court Website. I tried by filling the fields there but did not get any results.
This is regarding the winding up of Athena Financial Services Limited and liquidation by the official liquidator appointed by tha Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
Does anyone has this judgement ? I need it.
