I have 180 sqft Open terrace attached my flat at kalyan (Mumbai) And this open terrrace is belongs to me only. It is not common terrace.
I already had permission for gril fitting and shades from municipal authorities.
I want to make it as room by covering it with sliding.
how can i legalize it or what is procedure to leglize it.
I also heard that if i pay 180 sqft * ready recokner rate price to municipal authorities , then legalizatin is possible
so can any one help me above scenario.
