Dear All,

Can you pls let me know that what is the fees i.e. Court Stamp Fess for a divorce petition.

Pls let me know the exact details of Court Stamp Fees I need to affix with the filing of Divorce Petition????

I'm looking forward to file Petition in Person.

there is no changes as of now till date

Court fee stamps depends on state to state. In case of Delhi, after comming in to effect of recent court fee hike, the same is Rs.150/-.
