COURT ORDER

Respected mambers

i m going through CRPC 125,

MY wife got X Party order in स्त्री धन .

 

i appealed in session court for BY-PARTY

But.......order is same...

 

my lawyer said we are going to appeal in HC .

help pls

By all means the appeal rejected in the sessions court can be appealed in the HC.
