Court notice

Hi All, There is a ancestors property in my name which was previously in my dad name in passbook. He says he has purchased from his Mother Sister by paying money but not registered in dad name but now my Father's Aunt (his Mom Sister )has put a case telling I never sold them. I am working in a foreign and the property is a small agriculture land which is hardly has much value . Today I have received a court notice but never collected it . I am confused to collect it or not because I will not get any leave from company for 4 more months . If I collect I should approach court is that true because I am least bothered that piece of land for me my career is important than anything . Please guide me because I am not in a position to come to India until March 2016
