In case you are in posession of the property , then the court fee would be very meager . Perhaps it is 20 bucks . However in case you are not in posession of the property , you shall have to pay the court fee depending on the validation of the property as per circle rate and your respective share in it . So basically if you claim a right of 25 percent inner priperty then the court fee shall applicable as per one fourth of the circle rate and so on
