Hi Sir, I have sent legal notice for recovery amount Rs.7,50,000 but no reply from opposite party. Now I want to file civil suit on opposite party. Please advise how much court fees I have to pay for Rs.7,50,000 ? When I have to pay at the time of filing civil suit ?or after reciving the amount. Please advsie. Thanks for ur time.

Court fees defers from state to state. If ur case is to be filed in AP the court fees payable is as under
upto 3 lakhs Rs 5426 and when the amount or value exceeds 3 lakhs for every 10,000/- or part thereof in excess of 3 lakh one hundred rupees.
