I have won a case against a bank in bangalore DRT. DRT has allowed me cost. Now to recover the cost from the bank should I file another case in DRT?. I f so should I go throuth the lawyer or can I file the application on my own as this is not any case to be fought and it is only to ask the cost of the case that is won by me? How much cost can be claimed ? Should I engage the same lawyer who fought the original case? Is there a time limit after the judgement for the recovery claim to be made?

The decree of judgement would have the detials of the cost. It may not be actual amount you may have spent on professional fees etc., but the costs computed based on the procedure. Please obtain this through the present advocate for details.
