I have registered a property in Andhra where the deed is typed correctly with extent and boundaries, But while checking the EC for the same deed we see the extent is less and valuation (cons. val) is lesser than we paid stamp duty
What is the process of correcting the EC document
Will this can be done for free by showing the original deed document?
