Correction father name by Transfer certificate

Hi friends. I completed BE degree. I got Transfer certificate. But how to correction by father name in my TC. Wrong name :Seenivasan Correction name :srinivasan

tc is usually issued by the instittution where you study.so you can make an application to the office of the institution to make necessary corrections and issue the same
