cooling period for divorce

Hello, My divorce case filled under section 13 (1) (ia) have ended with settlement. We have filled a joint memo for settlement and I made all settlement proof affidavit also ready to file. Is any cooling period for this divorce degree under settlement? Can I remarry immediately after getting divorce papers? If is meant please tell about it. Is any possibility to do without cooling period? Please explain

If it is divorce by mutual consent not necessary according to SC.The Sc has held that a six month cooling period should not come in the way of allowing the plea for dissolution of marriage by mutual consent,when it has broken down irretrievably.

Don't hurry for remarriage as soon as U receive the divorce papers.
