For conveyance , is it necessary to have all the the flats to be registered? What is the solution if 1 or 2 flats are not registered?

We have 36 flats in our Building. 35 Flat members have  registered their Flats. I am the one member who had not registered the flat yet. Will this affect our society to get conveyance of Building. Now the land is in Builders name. SInce single registration is stopped, Iam not in a position to Register.
