My wife file DV case against me and my family members. My 1st date is 23rd Jan 2024 and I received notice on 8th Jan 2024. Subject of notice is "directed to file your say on or before 23-01-24".
Do I need to file reply on 1st date ? Or we can ask next date for file reply ? bcaz my advocate says 1st date is only for our appearance then we can ask for next date to submit our reply. So I have doubt due to notice subject.
She is working women with 75K salary and working as IT engineer and my qualification is also same with 1 Lakh salary. So she want 25K as interim maintenance.
Will court order me to give interim maintenance in this situation?
