Writ jurisdiction or karnataka appellate tribunal

Dear all, request for help with query.

The adacent property owner has applied for land conversion from agricultural to non agricultural purpose before special deptuy commissioner.

However, the applicant has submitted application for land conversion for his land and also claiming our adacent land also belongs to him  and given our family partition deed and his sale deeds as enclosures with the application.

The special dc without application of mind or in collusion has accorded permission for land conversion from agricultural to non agricultural purpose.

This Is a fraud. In this circumstances, to set aside the conversion order should I approach writ jurisdiction or  appellate Tribunal.   Because no adverse order is passed by special DC againt me to approach appellate Tribunal.

If your land has been converted to NA without your consent or knowledge then you may have to prefer an appeal before the appellate tribunal to set aside the order insofar as your portion of property is concerned.
