He done cheating by saying with in six months return my money by this base there is any chance to file in court 420

If you would like to recover money better stick to money recovery suit alone.

You cannot recover money by giving a complaint to police.

It will just be a criminal complaint which will run for years, you may have to spend additionally for that case too.
