Property share transfer issue

Our paternal grandfather and his brother in law jointly bought a property in tirupattur town, Tamilnadu. My grandfather's brother in law bequeathed 3 WILLs in 2005,2006 and 2007 where he has relinquished his share of above set property to our father. Of the 3 WILLs only 2005 will is registered rest are unregistered WILLs signed by witnesses. These WILLs has his family assets shared with his family siblings, one of the item is his property in tirupattur. But his family is divided in executing his wills, due to that we are unabled proceed with our transfer, but his family members named in the WILLs as executors are agreeing for the transfer, but how do we go about this transfer lawfully

As per the unregistered Will of the year 2007, the beneficiaries have rights to it.   His family members may execute a sale deed in your favour.

Last will shall prevail over other wills.

Consult a local prudent lawyer for transfer of property.
