Regarding chits amount

I paid money to an individual account for 30 months through online transaction. Each month i transacted a fixed amount. I have all the transaction details. But he did not return my amount. Please help me out.

Quick Summary
If you've paid money for a chit scheme over an extended period and the organiser has failed to return your funds, you have legal recourse. The recommended first step is to issue a formal legal demand notice to the individual, requesting the return of your money within a specified timeframe. Should this fail, you can then consider filing a criminal complaint for cheating with the local police and subsequently pursue a civil suit for recovery of the money in court.

You issue a legal demand notice to him demanding the return of the money collected within the time stipulated therein.

If there is no response from them even after that then you may approach civil court with a suit for recovery of money.

Before that you lodge a criminal complaint with local police for the cheating offence.
