If what you refer here is pertaining to power of attorney deed in Kerala, then it would be valid either till the lifetime of the principal or till such time he takes steps to cancel it.

"Sarva Mukthiyar" is a Malayalam word that means power of attorney.  I agree with the senior expert and advocate Mr.T.Kalaiselvan, sir.

"Sarva" is a Hindi word that mean "all"  (here it would refer to "general") and "Mukhtyar" a Urdu word mean "attorney", isn't it ?.
